App Mastery Syndicate LLC ("we," "us") builds websites and marketing videos for local businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you fill out a form in one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram or on our website, book a call, message us, email us, or talk with us on the phone, we collect what you share. That can include:
- Your name, phone number, and email address
- Your business name, city, and what your business does
- Whether you have a website now, and anything else you tell us about your business
- Your answers to our website quiz, such as your budget and when you want a website
Public business information
To find businesses that may want a website, we use publicly available business information, such as online business listings and maps. This can include a business's name, phone number, address, website, and public business email address.
Information collected on our website
Our website uses the Meta Pixel and Google's advertising tag to measure visits and how well our ads perform, and it uses Calendly to let you book a call. Our website host, Cloudflare, processes basic technical information, such as your IP address, to deliver and protect the site. These services may use cookies and collect device and browser information under their own privacy policies.
We also record how far each visit gets on our pages and through our website quiz (for example, whether it reached the end of a page or clicked to book a call), which ad or website brought it, and the kind of app or browser used, so we can improve the pages. We use a random visit ID for this, kept in your browser only until you close the tab. Until you send us your details, this is not linked to your name or contact information.
When you send us your details through our website, we also share a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email, phone number, name and city, along with basic device information, with Meta, so it can match the visit to our ads and we can measure which ads lead to real conversations.
How we use your information
- To build your free website preview and contact you about it by phone, text, or email
- To build, host, and support your website or videos if you become a customer, and to bill you
- To improve our services and our ads
- To comply with the law and protect against fraud or abuse
How we share your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us run our business, such as Meta (ads and lead forms), Calendly (scheduling), Google (ads and email), Cloudflare (website hosting), and Stripe (payments)
- With independent sales representatives who work with us and may call you about your preview
- When the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others
Your choices
You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Tell us on a call, reply STOP to a text, reply to any email, or email us at the address below. You can also ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we have about you.
How long we keep information
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, then we delete it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of sending or storing data is completely secure.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date at the top.
